Sharon's ability to bring life, colour and symmetry to a space is second to none. She reinforced to me the need to assess my retail space from a customer's point of view...does my shop window entice my target customer through the door and make them want to see more? Which way do they walk when they enter the store and what will attract them in a certain direction? How do I use colour to help create stories within a space so as not to overwhelm the customer with too much 'stuff' to take in all at once? Are my products easy to reach, touch and coordinate with other pieces in the store?
And let's not forget her contagious enthusiasm for all that she does, which proved her obvious love for styling and creating!
